How do I return an item?

We will gladly accept your return for non-personalized items for a store credit or exchange within 3 business days. Please contact us at titinacustomdesigns@gmail.com if you would like to make a return. Please include your name and order number.

Returned items must meet these requirements:

• Returned within 3 business days of receipt.
• Non-personalized items, in original packaging, unworn condition, free of stains and free of odor.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Titina’s Love LLC and for re-shipping for exchanges.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
